Welcome to BreezeRead ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using BreezeRead, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BreezeRead (16 years old for users in the EU).
By using the Service, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.
• To access certain features, you must create an account and provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• BreezeRead is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard login credentials
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• BreezeRead allows you to upload and process documents for summarization
• Uploaded documents are temporarily processed and deleted after use, but generated summaries are stored unless deleted by the user
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded documents or summaries
• Users acknowledge that they have the necessary rights to process and summarize uploaded documents and agree not to use BreezeRead to process content that violates copyright or intellectual property laws
• BreezeRead is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the unauthorized processing or summarization of copyrighted materials
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload, distribute, or process content that violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer BreezeRead
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service
• BreezeRead operates on a credit-based system for document processing
• Credits can be purchased through:
- One-time credit packs
- Special promotional offers
• Each document processing consumes credits based on:
- Document length
- Type of processing required
- Additional features used
• Credit purchases are handled through Apple's App Store
• One-time purchased credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store policies
• Prices are subject to change
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support
• BreezeRead reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms
• BreezeRead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, errors, or downtime. We are not responsible for legal issues arising from the unauthorized summarization of copyrighted materials by users.
• You agree to indemnify and hold BreezeRead and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes occur, we will notify users through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BreezeRead regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
